Where can I send my claims documents?
If you've already started your claim, you can send us any documents we’ve asked to see through our website. These could be photos, invoices and receipts that will help us deal with your claim.
You can start a claim using our online forms. You'll be able to upload documents at the same time and we'll call you back to check the details.
Alternatively, try our handy claim app – we'll guide you through making a claim and you can do everything from storing receipts to uploading photos.
