What happens if I'm hit by an uninsured driver?

If you have an accident with an uninsured driver, we'll make sure you don't lose your no claims discount when you claim – as long as it wasn’t your fault. You'll just need to give us the details of the driver and their car and we’ll do the rest.

We'll need their:
• name and address
• car's make and model
• car's registration number.

We may cancel your no claims discount while we look into the details. But we'll put it back on as soon as we have what we need to show the accident wasn't your fault. And we'll give you a refund.
