What changes do I need to tell you about?

You need to tell us about anything that could affect your insurance. Like if you move house, change jobs or start keeping your car somewhere different.

You can make changes whenever you like, and you can control when they start. For example, you can let us know your new address before you move but we'll only change the insurance on the date you move in. Or if you need to change the level of insurance you have with us straightaway we can set it up for you there and then.

Whenever you change something on your insurance, we'll check to see if we need to change your policy, including what you pay. We'll let you know about any changes to make sure you're happy. Then we'll take care of everything for you.

There may be a time that we can't carry on insuring you when you tell us about a change in your circumstances. This doesn't happen often. But if we do have to cancel your insurance, we'll let you know straightaway.
