Where can I find more information about cancellations?

You'll find all the details you need about cancelling your insurance in your policy document. Log in to MyDocs to see it anytime.

We can cancel your policy at any time if we need to. You can also cancel your policy whenever you like.

When you take out or renew your policy, you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep it for the year. If you don't, let us know and we'll refund you for the insurance you've not used. There are some terms and conditions – you can find them in your policy document.

After the 14 days, you can still cancel the policy. We'll refund you for the insurance you've not used, but we'll also charge you a £50 cancellation fee plus insurance premium tax. But if you cancel the policy after you've made a claim or after something happens that you could claim for, we won't give you a refund.
