How do I make a complaint?

We're sorry if you're unhappy with Allianz. We aim to get it right first time, every time. And if we make a mistake, we want to put it right straightaway. Here's how you can make a complaint.

When we hear from you, we'll let you know we've got your complaint within five working days. We'll then look into the details and get back to you within four weeks. If we can't give you a full answer by then, we'll let you know when we'll be in touch again.

If we haven't taken care of everything for you within eight weeks, we'll tell you how to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service for an independent look at what happened.
