How do I make a claim and how is it handled?
You can register a claim with our Claims line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by telephoning 0844 893 9606. If your claim is registered outside of working hours, it will be dealt with as soon as working hours restart.
Working hours for our Claims Processing department are 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday.
We understand the importance of handling your claim helpfully, courteously and efficiently. You will be given a personal, named Claims Representative, based in our UK office, and this person will remain responsible for looking after your claim at all times.
